Well Child Check

Routine wellness visit focused on growth, development, nutrition, behavior, and overall health. Includes age-appropriate assessment, discussion of routine childhood concerns, and personalized recommendations to support healthy development.

Sick Visit

Evaluation and treatment for acute illnesses and minor medical concerns, including cold and flu symptoms, sore throat, cough, sinus infections, urinary symptoms, and stomach illness. Prescriptions and follow-up provided as appropriate.  Appointment availability varies, patient must be an established patient to scheduled sick visit

Adult Annual Wellness Exam

At Hope for Healing, many adult patients present with complex medical histories and unique health concerns. Our goal is to provide a thorough, comprehensive functional evaluation rather than a traditional basic wellness exam. For this reason, we do not currently offer standard adult annual wellness exams. Instead, we focus on personalized evaluations designed to better understand contributing factors to your health concerns and develop an individualized care plan. Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up appointment focused on reviewing laboratory results, diagnostic testing, treatment response, and progress since your last visit. Includes discussion of ongoing symptoms, medication or treatment adjustments as appropriate, and updated recommendations to support your continued care and health goals.

Comprehensive Functional Medicine Care

Initial Evaluation

Comprehensive evaluation including a detailed medical history review, symptom assessment, and functional evaluation of key body systems. Focuses on identifying underlying contributors to your health concerns and developing a personalized treatment plan, which may include advanced laboratory testing, supplements, medications, and lifestyle recommendations. Recommendations are billed separately from the initial medical evaluation appointment.

Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up appointment focused on reviewing laboratory results, diagnostic testing, treatment response, and progress since your last visit. Includes discussion of ongoing symptoms, medication or treatment adjustments as appropriate, and updated recommendations to support your continued care and health goals.

Nutrigenomics

Nutrigenomics Orientation

Introductory overview of genetics and how your unique genetic information may influence health, including nutrient metabolism, vitamin and mineral needs, stress response, mental wellness factors, disease risk factors, and sensitivity to environmental influences such as chemicals and toxins.

Nutrition & Genetics Appointments

Personalized nutrition and genetics-based evaluation with a nutritionist, certified genomics practitioner, or trained genomics provider. Includes review of dietary patterns, health goals, and genetic insights related to nutrient absorption, individualized vitamin and mineral needs, stress tolerance, mental wellness factors, disease risk considerations, and sensitivity to environmental factors. Recommendations are provided to support personalized nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and overall wellness.

Health Coaching

Health Coaching Appointment

One-on-one coaching focused on lifestyle habits including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and behavior change. Provides accountability and support to help you reach your health goals.

Meal Plan Appointment

Your health coach will review your dietary preferences, health goals, and any foods you are currently focusing on or avoiding, then create a customized 2 or 4-week meal plan (based on your selected package) complete with recipes and a grocery shopping list. Follow-up appointments are included to review implementation, address challenges, and adjust your plan as needed to support your progress.

Functional Therapies

High Dose Vitamin C Initial Medical Appointment

Brief 15-minute medical evaluation to determine your candidacy for High Dose Vitamin C (HDIVC) therapy. Your provider will review your medical history, assess for any contraindications, discuss the potential risks and benefits, and determine whether HDIVC is an appropriate treatment option. G6PD testing is required prior to treatment to ensure HDIVC can be administered safely. Additional laboratory testing may be recommended if clinically indicated.

Intravenous Ozone Therapy Initial Medical Appointment

Brief 15-minute medical evaluation to determine your candidacy for Intravenous Ozone Therapy. Your provider will review your medical history, assess for any contraindications, discuss the potential risks and benefits, and determine whether Intravenous Ozone Therapy is an appropriate treatment option. A complete blood count (CBC) is required prior to treatment to help ensure the therapy can be administered safely. Additional laboratory testing may be recommended if clinically indicated.

IV Therapy Infusion Appointment

Nurse-administered infusion of vitamins, minerals, nutrients, or supportive therapies selected to support your health and wellness goals. Appointment length is approximately 45–90 minutes depending on individual tolerance and infusion rate.

IM Injection Appointment

Nurse-administered injection of vitamins, nutrients, or supportive therapies selected to support your health and wellness goals. Appointment length is approximately 5–10 minutes.

IV Ozone Therapy Appointment

Nurse-administered intravenous ozone therapy session focused on delivering ozone-based supportive therapy as part of your wellness plan. Appointment length is approximately 60–90 minutes.
