Jane received her Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics in 1992 and Health Coach Certification through the Institute for Integrated Nutrition in 2019. She decided to start her Health Coaching journey because her family had significant health issues and a Health Coach helped guide them to explore how to regain their health.

She is passionate about supporting anyone in their health journey; particularly working with women in their 40-60’s and preteens. Jane’s goal is to guide and support individuals to make sustainable life changes.
Jane was born in Memphis, Tennessee and has had the unique opportunity to experience life in a handful of beautiful cities across the U.S. In 2009, Jane, her husband, and three children, made their way to Texas following her husband’s call to ministry. Today, she enjoys cooking, sharing healthy meals with friends, and exploring native cuisine when traveling. She remains active–exercising regularly and soaking up fresh air with her pups whenever she gets the chance.
