Membership

The Hope for Healing Membership is designed for patients who want to receive additional value from their care through member-exclusive pricing, discounts, and access to select member benefits.

Membership provides access to discounted appointment rates, exclusive packages, savings on supplements and therapies, and additional support services available to established patients. Members also receive access to select resources designed to support their ongoing health journey, including triage nurse services after establishing care with a medical provider.

The membership program is available to patients who wish to take advantage of these exclusive offerings throughout the year. Membership is an annual program that automatically renews unless canceled in accordance with the membership cancellation terms. Membership fees are non-refundable and are not prorated.

Member Benefits

  • Member-Only Appointment Pricing: Receive discounted appointment rates, typically 8–10% lower than standard non-member appointment fees.
  • Supplement Discount: Receive 5% off supplements purchased through Hope for Healing.
  • Triage Nurse Support: Access to registered nurse triage services during office hours for members who have established care with a medical provider following their first in-person medical visit.
  • Lab Result Support: Receive normal lab results with interpretation and next steps released outside of an appointment when appropriate.
  • IV & Ozone Therapy Savings: Receive 5% off single IV drips and IV ozone sessions, along with access to exclusive package discounts.
  • Complimentary Ozone Ear/Nose Insufflations: Receive complimentary ozone ear/nose insufflations with in-person medical visits, genetics visits, or IV therapy appointments (not available for virtual medical or genetics visits).
  • Medical Assistant Visits: Medical Assistant-only visits, such as lab draws, are available at no additional visit fee. Additional testing fees may apply.
  • Annual Health Coach Check-In: Receive an annual health coaching check-in appointment to support ongoing wellness goals.
  • Member-Exclusive Packages: Access specific discounted packages available only to Hope for Healing members.

Non-Member Access

Patients do not need to be members to receive care at Hope for Healing. Non-members may schedule available appointments and services at standard pricing and have access to the same quality of care provided by our team.

Non-members have access to:

  • Comprehensive functional evaluations and medical appointments
  • Sick visits and acute care appointments
  • Pediatric wellness services 
  • Health coaching services
  • Nutrigenomics services
  • IV therapy, ozone therapy, and injection services
  • Speciality testing and other available wellness services

 

Non-members are responsible for standard appointment fees and do not receive member-exclusive pricing, discounts, packages, or membership benefits.
